How this product came to be:

In 2018 I was bit by a tick and it triggered an allergy called Alpha Gal Syndrome which is an allergy to mammal meat and byproducts. I was having continuous delayed reactions to various things and I was having trouble nailing down exactly what was causing it once I eliminated the main culprits (beef, pork, dairy, etc.). I started writing down everything I consumed including medications and the time I consumed it in my bullet journal. I created this printable to help nail down what I was having issues with each time so I can bring it to my doctor and show them the trends of what I was having issues with since this allergy can be extremely different for each person.
